Our investors play a key part in unlocking the potential of our work, providing a safe, secure home for tenants which enables them to rebuild their lives.
You can use your wealth to bring about transformation in the lives of people who have experienced homelessness, however much you have to give.
Stage one is to meet with us. We like to listen to your hopes and aims for your investment and answer any questions. Some investors approach as individuals and some as part of a group. Please contact Jonathan Wilson, our Property Development and Investment Lead, by completing this short online form.
Stage two is to partner with a project . This might be your local church or an existing location across the Hope into Action network. We'll work with you to source a suitable property close to a partner church which is ready to support tenants.
Stage three is to buy a house. We will support and advise you at every step. The investor retains ownership of the house and leases it to Hope into Action for five years. We find, place and support the tenants in the house and do all the maintenance. We offer a 2% annual return on your total investment. This model is proving successful with tenants, churches and investors.
We have attracted over £27m worth of investment into houses which have become homes for people who have been homeless. Read more
