A gift in your Will can be an affordable sum of money or a percentage of your worth – this can be even 1% (so that others inherit the remainder) or up to 100% depending on your circumstances .   You can also leave specific items which can include a part share of a house or even the house you have invested in,

If you do not have a Will, we can send a list of solicitors local to you who regularly draft Wills. We are not allowed to recommend a specific solicitor.

If you already have a Will and decide you would like to remember Hope into Action in your Will ask your adviser about adding a Letter of Wishes – it is so easy to do and can also include other wishes such as donations to charities in place of flowers at your funeral. You can also add a codicil (a legal appendix to a Will) but nowadays it is so easy to update an existing Will. 

Do you have to tell us of your gift? No you do not. But if you tell us we can say thank you which we like to do.
