About you

For this role, we are looking for someone who has experience of maintaining properties, ideally with hands-on experience, but even more importantly, able to plan and manage the flow of maintenance work and smaller works contracts. You will have administration experience, be good at systems and filing especially on-line; a good people person and team player.

The ability to work in a flexible team and learn new skills is important, as is a willingness to contribute to general office administration and team staff support.

Someone who has a passion for the organisation’s vision.

Your location can be flexible – anywhere between Cambridge, Norwich and Peterborough. However, you will be working one day a week from our Peterborough central office.

About us

Hope into Action opened their first house in Peterborough in 2010 and now have 74 homes in over 22 towns and cities. Each house is opened in partnership with a church who provide support. Each house is home to two to four tenants. Every house needs to be properly maintained and we seek to maintain a high standard in them through a system of regular reporting and prompt action.

Working at Hope into Action can be incredibly rewarding. We offer the opportunity to work in a supportive and flexible environment.
