Hours:                        4-5 days a week (32 - 40 hours).

Salary:                        £ 27,000 - £ 29,000 per annum (pro rata)

About the role

For this role, you would be someone who is able to be responsible for the smooth running of our IT systems and develop and implement new IT projects as required. You would be able to develop our IT strategy for the next 3-5 years and then implement it. You would review and streamline our on0-line systems.

You would oversee the induction and training of new staff and franchise partners. You would manage the out-sourcing of IT contracts, including help desk, finance, CRM database and outcomes software, mobile, landline, internet and printers / copiers. Oversee the on-going development of the SharePoint Online site as a robust efficient tool for day-to-day use.

You would possess a wide range of IT and Management skills and be a problem solver and decision maker. You should be approachable and able to convey complex IT concepts to frontline staff. You should have great communication and people skills and be able to travel around other Hope into Action sites. You should have a passion for the homeless, churches and our vision & values

Hope into Action opened their first house in Peterborough in 2010 and now have over 70 houses in 25 locations across the UK. Each house is a home to two to four tenants. We get referrals from many agencies including the council, probation, rehabs and specialist agencies.
